Jesse is a co-founding partner of Moldaver Rosenberg LLP.

Jesse’s practice focuses on all aspects of family law. Jesse develops effective legal strategies and solutions ranging from complex financial issues to high-conflict parenting issues, and often with intersecting areas of law.

As a strong and dynamic advocate for his clients, Jesse has acted as counsel at all levels of Court in the Province of Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He is equally adept at leading his clients through alternative dispute resolution processes, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

Committed to the professional development and mentorship of young litigation lawyers, Jesse has served several successive terms as an Articling Principal through the Law Society of Ontario.
