Stephanie is a Partner at Moldaver Rosenberg LLP. Since being called to the Ontario Bar in 2016, Stephanie has practiced exclusively in the area of family law. Stephanie is a skilled negotiator and a litigator who takes a strategic approach to resolving difficult cases. Stephanie’s practice includes a broad range of family law matters with complex financial and parenting issues. She is a resolution-focused lawyer and regularly represents clients in various levels of Court in Ontario and in the alternative dispute resolution process, including negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration.
Stephanie obtained her Bachelor of Law from the London School of Economics, where she was the recipient of the BPP University Scholarship. Stephanie obtained her Masters of Laws from the University of Toronto and she was the receipt of the Tom Martin Scholarship for Leadership, Community Service and Academic Excellence. While in law school, Stephanie also participated in the Family Law Project with Pro Bono Students Canada where she represented clients in the Ontario Court of Justice.
When not advocating for her clients, Stephanie enjoys travelling and raising her adopted one-eyed dog. Stephanie is active in the community and she volunteers as a supervisor lawyer with the Family Justice Center. She currently serves as the Secretary of the Toronto Trilliums Lion Club. Stephanie previously served as a member of the Governance Committee for the Havergal College Old Girls Association and a member-at-large for the Canadian Friends of the LSE. Stephanie is fluent in Cantonese.
